THREE LAWS OF DEMOCRACY

1.      A democracy must tend to and care for the needs of the most lowly members of society.
2.      A democracy must acknowledge and cherish the desires, wishes and goals of everybody, unless that conflicts with the first law.
3.      A democracy must carry out the will of the majority, unless that conflicts with the first two laws.
